Fresh Fruit & Veg – some of which is grown in the village, veg boxes can be made up to order

Wines and Local Beers – we have a wide selection of wines, and Beers from the Ramsbury Brewery and Butts, amongst others

Fresh Fish – Friday is Fish Day!  Pre-order by Thursday and collect on Friday

Fresh Butchery – Pre-order what you would like and we will get Sumbler Bros of Marlborough to deliver to us for you to collect

Soft Serve Cornetto Ice Cream – pop in and try one of the yummy flavours, vanilla, caramel, strawberry or vanilla choc-chip.

Cheese – mild & mature cheddars, Somerset Camembert, Parmesan, feta, mozzarella, Snowdonia cheeses, Edam and more…

Glasses hire - We also have a selection of wine glasses, champagne flutes and thermal jugs available to hire.  Or why not let us supply the wine for you function and we will supply the glasses and buy back any unopened bottles.

Tool Sharpening - Should you have any old knives, gardening tools or scissors that need sharpening and a general overhaul then leave them with us, they will be as good as new!

Deliveries – If you find yourself in a difficult spot, cannot make it back in time for closing, or perhaps you are coming back from holiday, leave a grocery list with us and we will box it up and deliver.

Winter fuel – We stock a full range of logs, kindling and coal for those cold emergencies!

Shalbourne Stores

We have been open since June 2010 and now stock a large selection of fresh produce and general groceries, newspapers, alcohol, D.I.Y bits and bobs, ice creams, stationary and cards.  We try to cater for our local community and want to impress visitors from further a-field, encouraging them to make a regular trip over to us.  We have freshly ground coffee and other hot drinks available so you can sit down with friends, or have a quality take-away ‘coffee to go’.  

We have a range of freshly made sandwiches, pies, pasties and sweet treats that you can eat in or take home.  We are always looking for local produce and try to offer products that you can’t find easily in supermarkets.  If there is something you are looking for then why not see if we can stock it for you?
